The printer can now be linked to a power provide. The Canon
Pixma MG5340 printer is accompanied by a power adapter. The one end with the
two socket-pins should be linked to the socket at the rear side of the printer.
The other end must be linked to a power provide. It is
always optional to use a Wall Power outlet to get a uniform power provide and
avoid voltage fluctuations. After establishing the power connection effectively,
the preferences can be set. When the printer is turned on, the device prompts
the user to decide the preferences like Country/Region, Language, Time, and
Date.
The preference can be set as per the user’s requirements. It
is simple to adjust the preferences by using the touch display and navigate
through the settings. Though the printer has few buttons on it, the operation
can be performed on the stroke display. The next method is loading paper into
the input tray. The input tray of the Canon Pixma MG5340 is built on the front
side at the base of the printer. The tray has to be pulled to load in the
papers.
